GA- Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (25-444-80-0654)

The purpose of the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program is to provide a statewide safety net to assist victims. The goals of services are to meet the immediate crisis and long-term needs of victims of sexual assault and support significant others impacted by sexual assault. 

FY25 Application: Current grantees will receive a continuation application packet via email.

  1. This continuation application is for Fiscal Year 2025 funding for Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (CSFA #444-80-0654)
    1. Eligibility is limited to Sexual Assault Prevention and Response providers funded under Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) CSFA# 23-444-80-0654 and currently receiving renewal funding for this grant award program for  FY 24.
    2. Each applicant must be registered in the Illinois GATA Grantee Portal and must continue to be GATA Pre-Qualified.
    3. Applicant organizations must complete the FY25 ICQ before an award can be made. (Accessed through the Grantee Portal.)
    4. Applicant organizations must submit a complete FY25 Application Packet to DHS.DVSAHT@illinois.gov  by April 15, 2024 by 12:00pm. Include "CSFA# 444-80-0654" on the subject line.
  2. A complete application packet includes:
    1. Uniform Application for Grant Assistance (pdf)
    2. FY 25 Program Plan
    3. Updated Contact Information Form
    4. Grantee Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
    5. FY25 Budget must be entered into CSA by application due date. Grantees will be notified of the grant award amount to enter into CSA.

The Bureau of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault and Human Trafficking reserves the right to request additional information from the applicant to assist in FY25 funding and programmatic decisions.
