I. Registration Link for Attending Staff Members

Please have each participating staff member complete the following UChicago Crown Eventbrite Invitation to be included in our roster. We need one form for EVERY staff participant attending by COB Wednesday, December 20.

We will use this information to send additional resources and information on future trainings. We will also be assigning a CIMH Reflective Consultant to each shelter site based on language preference noted on the registration form. Reflective Consultants are licensed mental health professionals who will provide regular technical and emotional support for your staff twice a month at no cost to your organization.

II. Recommended Parking Option

Discounted parking ($10) at the Drexel Parking Lot is available for purchase for each training day on the Eventbrite registration form. We strongly recommend purchasing parking for both Part 1 and 2 training dates (Jan. 12 & Jan. 26) to minimize any delays in attending the training. Free street parking is limited given construction around campus. The parking lot is a couple blocks from the training location.

Again, thank you for your interest and continued partnership. Please feel free to email us if you have any questions or trouble with the registration form.

Best,

Aimee & Rebecca
