• December Minutes: Approval of minutes motioned by Amanda Albright, Amy Santos second, and all in favor.

III. Cost Modeling Update

• Afton Partners gave an update on the cost modeling project. Discissions took place both in small groups and as a large group.
• Topics/issues discussed included:
  • Internet challenges in high poverty and rural areas
  • Funding structure
  • Service delay issues
  • Paperwork/administrative burden
  • Provider/SC pay
  • Providers leaving the system
  • Credentialing challenges
