In IES, the AABD Allowance-Details page uses the AABD Grant Adjustment amount $764.90 for all AABD Cash community cases (except those in Shelter Care or receiving Nursing Care or Personal Care in a home not subject to licensing) effective January 1, 2024.

IES will authorize the $10.00 allowance for AABD Cash Shelter Care cases when a customer is receiving Nursing Care or Personal Care in a home NOT subject to licensing; or is in a Shelter Care/Shelter Home; or in a Shelter Care/Intermediate/Skilled Facility.
