Applicants and clients may be eligible for the following special payments:
- correction of an underpayment,
- payments resulting from a change in fiscal month.
Correction of an Underpayment of Cash Benefits
Authorize the amount to correct the underpayment (see WAG 23-01-00).
Change in Fiscal Month
Effective the month before the effective month of a change to a later fiscal month, for clients who are receiving benefits on the regular rolls in the original case, the centralized computer system will automatically approve the correct amount of
benefit for the number of days of unmet need.
