Welcome & Call to Order - CESSA Region 7 Advisory Membership Committee
- Dr. Sharronne Ward (Chairperson) called the meeting to order at 9:06 am

Open Meetings Act
- Dr. Ward reviewed the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
Approval of the Minutes from the previous meeting
- Motion to approve made by Matthew Fishback and seconded Chief Mitchell Davis.

State Updates:
- Asantewaa Darkwa - Brief elaboration on the Inaugural Quarterly Report and the CESSA Redevelop Implementation Plan
Progress on developing RAC recommendations for the Interim Risk Level Matrix and PSAP Landscape Analysis Survey (See RAC Slides):

- Progress on developing RAC recommendations for the Interim Risk Level Matrix and PSAP Landscape Analysis Survey - RAC 7 has successfully completed and submitted its PSAP Landscape Analysis Survey and Interim Risk Level Matrix.
Mental Health First Aid (Adults) Overview - Adrien Teverbaugh - See RAC Slides:

- Types of Disorders - Depressions, Anxiety, Psychosis
- Recovery
  - Mental Health Question & Answers - Chief Mitchell Davis mentioned a proposal for Mental Health First Aide certification training to the "Chiefs of Police." Additionally, Grand Prairie Services and MH provider members are available to provide training to RAC members.

- Dr. Ward recommended certification as trainers to members and review of information available on the National Council website.
Community Collaborative Report:
- Community Housing - Dr. Ward is working with housing reps from the State of Illinois to gather community housing program data across region 7.
  - The purpose is to provide training and education about CESSA, MCRT services and usage of available resources e.g.,
1. MCRT /First Responders/ EMS Providers
2. Mental Health training - First Aide
3. Wrap Around Services, etc.
- - RAC 7 Alyssa Marrero agreed to lead the Housing initiative with the assistance of Dr. Leodis Scott and Jennifer Brothers who are members of the Public Messaging work group.

- Dr. Dave Mikolajczak (EMS) introduced himself as an applicant as Co-Chair of RAC 7 in lieu of the resignation of Dr. Darr. Dr. Dave provided the members with a brief overview of his credentials and experiences.
