WAG 08-04-04-s: Care Payments

PM 08-04-04-s.

1. Treat funds received and used for the care of a third party who is not a member of the FS unit as exempt.
2. Identify the portion of the payment intended for the third party if the payment contains funds for a member(s) of the FS unit as well.
   1. Exclude the non-members' share.
3. Prorate the payment evenly if a specific portion cannot be identified for the non-FS unit member.
   1. Exclude the lesser of the prorated share or the amount actually used for care and maintenance.
