I. Welcome and Introductions
- Brief introductions were done to introduce workgroup members to Afton Partners.
II. Ground Rules and Expectations
- Reviewed group norms.
- A conversation took place around the topic of Draft copies. It was decided that Daft copies of items discussed during the meeting should not circulate outside of the workgroup until finalized and allowed to leave the workgroup.
III. Cost Modeling
- Afton Partners went over their slides and gave space for workgroup to provide input, resources, guidance, and discussion. Padlet was used to gather input for Afton Partners to utilize throughout the cost modeling process. Afton Partners encouraged registering for the focus groups they are hosting to continue to gather information for this project.
IV. Public Comment
- There was no public comment for this meeting.
Minutes from the October 17, 2023 IICEI Workforce Workgroup Meeting did not get approved at this meeting. It was decided that at the next Workgroup meeting, October and November meeting minutes will be reviewed for approval.
Meetings are set to take place on the second Tuesday of the month from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
Next Workforce Workgroup meeting will be December 12, 2023 at 1:00 pm via Zoom.
