7. Proposed Changes to Risk-Matrix
   1. Adopt "Revised risk matrix" as draft matrix under consideration.
   2. Change "minor crime (trespassing, disorderly conduct)" to "nonviolent misdemeanor" in Risk Levels 2 & 3.
   3. Add "Welfare checks of a non-criminal or non-custodial nature" to Risk Level 2.
   4. Add "Transport to a Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU)" to Risk Level 2
   5. Add "homicidal statements w/ plans or means to act" to Risk Level 4
   6. Change "Physical aggression, high level of verbal aggression with victim complaint or direct request of LE involvement" to "Physical aggression, high level of verbal aggression" in Risk Level 4. Add "Direct request of police" as a separate situation to Risk Level 4.
