WAG 08-02-01: Income Disregard (Excluding Long Term Care/Supportive Living)

PM 08-02-01.

1. (FCRC) For AABD Cash cases, enter the income exemption as 325 INEXM in Item 80 of Form 552. If the earned or unearned income is:
   • less than $25, enter the actual amount of income; or
   • $25 or more, enter $25.
2. (FCRC) Do not deduct the income exemption from the amount of income budgeted in Item 90 of Form 552.
