Payments received under the provisions of the Illinois "Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act" are exempt. This includes both the benefits commonly known as the "circuit breaker" and "additional grants."

Illinois Cares Rx Rebate payments are exempt.
