- Dr. Jordan discusses the instructions provided by the state regarding the process of completing the surveys and posteriorly aggregating that information into the matrix.
- Several members present during the meeting volunteered to come together as a working group to start the process of gathering the surveys that will be later on submitted to consequently analyze the information and incorporate it into the risk level matrix. Jason Kern will lead this group. Ariana Kitty, Grace Hong Duffin, Joe Schelstreet and Latoya Marz also volunteered to be part of this working group.
*Lorrie Jones reminded the committee of the OMA requirements regarding setting up a sub-committee. If only half the quorum meets there's no need to post an agenda or minutes from the working group meetings.

- More members of the RAC committee volunteered to focus on the landscape survey: Tony Rigano, Lore Baker, Stephanie Hanson, Amanda Teachout, Grace Hong Duffin, Karen Bush, Aimee Knop, Matthew Mannino.
- As of now the landscape analysis tool document has not been circulated and will wait to see more data for analysis.
- Our goal is to strengthen the crisis continuum.

- Lorrie Jones
- Risk level matrix has been sent out to different RAC regions
- State is tracking pieces of Legislation to make amendments to CESSA statues
- Has requested a cost analysis to finance the crisis continuum
- Asantawaa Darkwa has joined the staff and is shadowing Lorrie and will be our contact person
