Crisis Management

Crisis management is a response by an organization to a major, unpredictable event that threatens the organization, its stakeholders, or the public. In a School Setting, a crisis usually brings negative attention to the school. Once a crisis happens, news, information, and misinformation spread quickly within the school community and beyond- thus, every school should be thoroughly prepared for a crisis.
