2. Previous 12/12/2022 Meeting Minutes - Motion to approve: Donnie Second Tycee approved

4. Current Business:
   1. Update from Greater Illinois OFVP on status of NOFO approvals
      1. TBD from the state
      2. Donnie Asked how are we as an LAC support smaller organizations interested in applying for NOFO
      3. Tycee uplifted independent orgs led by local leaders received feedback from the state for reasons for denial
         • Will add to the agenda for next month w/ permission from the leaders
      4. Amy uplifted the meeting w/ Mr. Patterson and State staff where we were suggested to collaborate with other orgs and/ or have a fiscal agent
   2. Review Joliet Partners -Assets Spreadsheet
      • Amy commits to merging the asset mapping lists and sending email to committee to review prior to March meeting
   3. Request for closed session to discuss board expansion and criteria
      • Tycee motioned Liz second
      • No QA Meeting adjourned
