  1. Question: Why did DHS rescind the Peacekeepers NOFO?
    Answer:
     There was a material error discovered in the NOFO in Section D4 regarding application submission requirements.
  2. Question: What changes were made to the new Peacekeepers NOFO? Will I need to completely revise my application before resubmitting?
    Answer:
     There were changes made to dates throughout the NOFO and changes made to the NOFO announcement number - Including the UGA Attachment, and there were changes made in Section D4. There were not changes made to other sections of the NOFO.
  3. Question: Can I just resubmit the same application I submitted for the original Peacekeepers NOFO?
    Answer:
     No. As part of your reapplication, you will need to submit a new UGA attachment with the correct, NEW announcement number on it - it needs to be #24-444-80-3013-03. You may resubmit the same program narrative and other attachments.
  4. Question: I applied under the initial announcement, and I received an email notifying me that my application was received. Does this mean that my application was accepted as having met the eligibility/mandatory requirements outlined in the NOFO?
    Answer:
     No. Applications received had only been logged in. Staff had not yet conducted an analysis to ensure applicants provided verifiable proof of minimum violence prevention experience or to ensure that the application was to serve ALL 30 eligible RPSA Communities. If an application is missing verifiable proof of experience or does not propose to serve all 30 communities, the application will be disqualified.
  5. Question: I applied under the initial announcement. Will I need to re-enter my budget because this NOFO now has a different announcement number? Will I need to re-submit it? Will I be able to make changes to my budget?
    Answer:
     You should not need to re-enter your budget under the new number. You will only need to re-submit it if you pull it back to make changes to what you had previously submitted.
