April 13, 2023:

1. Question: I am having trouble finding the Form Appendix D for Program Narrative for 24-444-80-3023.
   Answer: Appendix D is a word document titled " Greater Illinois Violence Prevention Council Coordinator.
2. Question: Please explain how the $250K acquisition threshold when the average award amount which is approximately $100K.
   Answer: Section 8.g explains the Subrecipient Simplified Acquisition Threshold which is currently $250,000.
   No subrecipient would receive more that the total award. It is important for agencies understand 2 CFR 200 Section 200.88 before accepting a state award.
