Pre-Qualification Instructions and Resources

All applicants must be pre-qualified to respond to notice of funding opportunities or grant renewals.

Please click the Grant Applicant Pre-Qualification and Pre-Award Requirements to learn how to pre-qualify your organization..

Your organization also is able to access a video of the Grant Applicant Pre-Qualification and Pre-Award Requirements.

For a summary of the six pre-qualification steps, please see the Overview of Pre-Qualification and Pre-Award Requirements rubric and follow the prompts.

Successfully completing the pre-qualification process will allow your organization to apply for state and federal grants.

Please Note: From start to finish, the time to process all registrations can take up to 12 weeks. Your grant application cannot be processed until you are pre-qualified.

You don't have to wait for a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to be posted to begin the pre-qualification process. Completing the pre-qualification process prepares your organization for when funding opportunities are available.
