Dear CILA Providers,
This email is in follow up to the letter sent on February 10 regarding the Guidehouse rate calculations.
We understand the urgent nature of the concerns that have been shared with IDHS by several of you. DDD and IDHS' budget teams are working feverishly to determine the best way to address related suggestions and mitigate the concerns in the most appropriate and efficient possible manner.
IDHS staff have been engaged throughout the weekend on this and will be in communication when there is more information to share later in the week.
Thank you for your patience as we work through this complex and important issue. I am optimistic that before long, we will come to a positive conclusion to this challenge.
