Data Overview
In the past quarter (July - September 2022):
- 964 intake interviews were completed by program staff in 10 service settings.
- 750 6-month follow-up interviews were completed by Lighthouse Institute staff.
6-month follow-ups showed significant:
- reductions in daily heroin/opioid use, crack/cocaine/methamphetamine use, anxiety, depression, and fair/poor health.
- increases in substance use treatment, medication assisted treatment, full- or part-time employment, and satisfaction with personal relationships.
How do Clients Change after SOR Services?

Clients showed a reduction in heroin and other opioid use, crack, cocaine or methamphetamine use, depressive symptoms, anxiety symptoms, and overall health. There was a slight increase in criminal justice involvement due to prior cases being adjudicated.
