All customers must be informed and provided with information about the program benefits they are receiving and the applicable rights and responsibilities they must comply with to continue to be eligible for benefits. Customers are informed of services provided through other agencies. When necessary, a referral may be made to other services to comply with a program requirement or at the customer's request for a needed service.
