PM 03-20-00.

The Accounts Receivable System (ARS) file (F/PF10) contains information on persons who have been convicted of a criminal violation of the Public Aid Code or similar law. Use the file information to determine if a person has multiple convictions of the Public Aid Code, or has been convicted of a single conviction of $10,000 or more.

When a person has been convicted of a criminal violation, the ARS file shows:

  • a criminal order code, CO-Criminal Order Entered,
  • the dollar amount of the conviction(s),
  • date(s) of the conviction (identified as judgment date), and
  • former case identification number.
