IDHS Grant Award Resources

The Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) has a variety of resources available to all providers through the IDHS webpage under the Providers section. > IDHS: Illinois Department of Human Services. Under this section you'll find information and resources to support your organization in managing an IDHS grant. Some of these resources include, but are not limited to:

  • Centralized Repository Vault (CRV) provides a centralized, secure website for businesses contracting with the State of Illinois to upload documentation at one time in one location for access by multiple participating state agencies.
  • CSA Tracking System is used to enter and submit GATA budgets, view and print Uniform Grant Agreements/Executive Ethics Commission (UGA/EEC) Contracts and enter IDHS Year-end Financial Reporting Actuals (Year-end CFR Actual information). Providers must update information any time there is a change in the required information. All changes should be made no later than the effective date of the change's occurrence.
  • The Contracts section provides information to providers who contract or partner with the Department to provide human services to eligible individuals and families. A sample UGA and UGA Amendment are in this section for review. Information on required IDHS Financial Reporting also is found in this section.
  • The Uniform Grant Agreement (UGA) and Program Manuals for selected programs can be accessed through the following link: IDHS: FY23 UGA/EEC Attachments and Program Manuals (state.il.us). Please note that these links are updated periodically. Searching by keywords is recommended (e.g., UGA); manuals for the above resources also are located here.
