    • AJ French - Questions for Director Albert 600 CRSS in next three years - Can the DMH looking to expand can you consider with peer operated nonprofits to provide those services. Gift of voice involved with one of the institutions. great to have both and equity to compete those type of fundings. Can you take that into discussion? Also how does increasing beds decrease your staffing shortage?
    • Larry -CIT training -Will this be standard all over the state? Talking about workforce shortage- any consideration training some screened returning citizens pre licensed depending on the nature they were maintained. Good screening process with returning citizens. There are many citizens who are being retained in institutions depending on nature of their offense, lot of them have experience, training and screening might be able to provide short term and long term relief for this type of work.
    • Rachel: Request some of the maps shared in presentation request that image pdfs made available for the public, shared. Very hard to read.
    • Matt Fishback: 988 in the future will be dispatching the MCR teams. Who is doing it now?
    • Member -Blanca Campos: coverage map that you showed does that include 590 providers covering that area?
    • Member-Chris Huff: Echo the comment about targeting the engagement of citizen re-entering society. Target that population because they were ultimately incarcerated because of mental health reasons. Consider them for training, targeted subsidies, to adequately support the MCR workforce shortage. DMH, please consider that as part of the process to close the workforce shortage.
    • Gordon: Regarding AJ's clarifying question. It relates to co-responder models in some areas. Consider that some areas have these models. What are the current examples and reasons where are trying to make the model more equitable with people with disability? Also, to help jurisdictions to transition from co-responder or non responder models?
  • Motion to adjourn meeting by Member Brent Reynolds
