This manual releases provides updates to the policy manual to reflect the new Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) Link EBT Vendor as ebtEDGE. See Conversion from EPPIC to ebtEDGE is a Success, published on 08/24/2022.
Illinois Link Brochures have been updated and have new form numbers.
IL444-4703 Illinois Link Card/Key Pad/Card Reader Form and has been revised for ordering Link cards, Key Pads, and Card Reader Machines.
IL444-4702 Illinois Link Card Issuance and PIN Pack Log is currently being revised.
An update has been made to the title of the Pin Packet Issuance form and is now the Link Card Tracking form. NOTE: This form is for internal use only.
