PM 06-31-04: Changes Reported During the Certification Period

When a change is reported by the EDSRP household, the case is reviewed to determine the effect of the reported change on eligibility and benefit amount. A reported change in the EDSRP household's income or the addition of a new member to the household during the certification period does not affect their current 24-month certification period. The FCRC will act on the reported change at the time of report but will not change the certification period. The household continues to remain in the 24-month certification period until the next REDE.
