PM 03-12-05: Figuring Eligibility (TANF, SNAP)

When figuring the eligibility of a TANF unit or a SNAP unit with a striker, use the unit's income as of the day before the strike began.

If eligible, figure the benefit amount using the greater of the striker's pre-strike income or current income, plus any income from other unit members.

Act on any reported changes in a nonstriking member's income even though you are using the striker's pre-strike income.
