   • Motion to approve was made by member Harrell and seconded by Chief Talley
5. New business
   1. Chief Val Talley mentioned having a collective calendar for Juneteenth celebrations.
   2. Mayor Harvey mentioned because of the variety of events throughout Proviso Township, Bellwood will not be having their own celebration for Juneteenth. Instead, will collaborate with community partners relevant under the Collaboration Community section of the strategy recommendations
   3. Member Bustos suggested that in addition to looking at the recommended strategies that the cluster perform asset-mapping to get a better understanding of what is or is not working.
6. Old business
   1. Review of Summer Strategy recommendations presented by Member Webber
   2. Reverend Harrel raised contention of food insecurity
   3. Member Lorenzo Webber emphasized that the objective of the LAC is to ensure that cluster organizations are well informed and have access to sustainable funding.
