10.03.05 - Fee for Service Billing

Purge Fee for Service Billing

The above screen appears after Utilities is selected from the menu bar then Purge/Compress Files and Fee For Services Bills are selected from the drop down lists.

Follow the instructions on the screen to utilize this option. This option will purge billings and matching voucher records based on the beginning and ending service dates specified. The purged records may be saved for future use. Click on PROCESS to proceed with the purge. The system will indicate at the lower right corner how many billings and corresponding voucher records were purged.
