   1. Attendees: Jodi Hoos, Derrick Booth, Marvin Hightower, Eric Echevarria, Antwaun Banks, Demarcus Hamilton
   2. Quorum was reached
2. Review and Approve Previous Meeting Minutes - Minutes from LAC meeting 1 were approved by a voice vote
3. Appoint LAC Lead Contact Derrick Booth was unanimously selected as the LAC Lead
4. Determine Schedule for Summer Meetings - Not yet determined
5. Discuss and Complete Summer Recommendations Exercise- Since all members were not in attendance, the group decided to reconvene at a later date to complete the Summer Recommendations Guide together before the due date of May 20th.
