1. Roll Call: N/A
   1. Quorum was reached
2. Review and Approve Previous Meeting Minutes: N/A
3. Appoint LAC Lead Contact - Andrea from Rep. Ammons office will be lead contact
4. Determine Schedule for Summer Meetings - Andrea from Rep. Ammons office will ensure the LAC meet again
5. Discuss and Complete Summer Recommendations Exercise
6. Other Business:
   1. Urbana was not represented. Reported that mayor was going to reach out to IDHS to discuss this.
   2. Urbana and Champaign would like to be considered separate cities for funding purposes and representation purposes.
   3. Collaboration with Champaign providers and city already happening. They have created a violence prevention plan and submitted plan.
   4. Feels like they have been doing some of this work but need additional funding to expand the work already in place.
   5. Concerned about capacity building without infrastructure in place-Teen Reach locations at maximum capacity so larger spaces needed to increase the number of students that would be able to participate.
   6. Outreach was discussed as something a seen as a need. Will submit form by the 20th.
