Webex Registration FAQs
The Department of Human Services/Division of Mental Health is pleased to announce that registration is now open for CRSS/CPRS Competency Training Sessions 3 and 4. Please note that there are 3 options for each Session. This allows the capacity to be limited for each time slot and also provides sufficient training slots to accommodate the average number of trainees we have hosted annually statewide.
Reasonable accommodations are provided upon request. All requests must be received by Training Contact (Thomas.Troe@illinois.gov) at least 6 weeks prior to event.
Session 3: (Register for only one in this section)
To register click on the training date and time you wish to attend. It will open up the registration page. If a training is full, please select another date and/or time.
Once you register for a session you will receive your unique WebEx link via email for the 3rd Session. Don't forget to save it to your calendar and register for Session 4 below!
Session 4: (Register for only one in this section)
To register click on the training date and time you wish to attend, it will open up the registration page. If a training is full, please select another date and/or time.
Once you register for a session, you will receive your unique WebEx link via email for the 4th Session. Don't forget to save it to your calendar!
The CRSS Training will be provided via WebEx. Once you register for each session you will receive a confirmation email. Your unique WebEx link is in that email. Participants will also be able to use the link in the registration confirmation email to download needed material and handouts PRIOR to the sessions. Click on the link titled, "to join the training session, go to" and it will take you to the materials to download.
There will be separate WebEx links/emails for Session 3 and Session 4.
If you register for a session by mistake, you can utilize the link at the end of that session's registration confirmation email to cancel the registration.
