1. Is the Conflict of Interest form required for the DVPI NOFO submission?
   1. Yes.  The Conflict of Interest form is required with the submission of the DVPI application.  The link can be found at the end of the NOFO.
2. Does the page limit for each section apply to double spaced narratives?
   1. Yes.  The narrative should be double-spaced and adhere to the page limits noted in the NOFO.
3.  Can you clarify the page numbering method for the application?
   1. Begin with the Executive Summary as page 1, then Program Narrative page 2 or 3 (depending upon length of summary). Proceed to number sequentially throughout the narrative then continue consecutive numbering with Attachments A, B, C, Sheltering policies, and W-9.  Convert application packet to one pdf document.
4. My agency has applied for funding under the 23-444-80-0652-01 Notice of Funding Opportunity.  Can we submit a 2nd application and receive more funding?
   1. No.  The second Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is only open for those entities that did not submit an application or did not meet the deadline under the first NOFO (23-444-80-0652-01).  The range of funding for initial FY 23 grant awards is $150,000 - $575,000.
5. In the NOFO it states that the narratives must be completed in 12-point font, double spaced, but the FAQ from the 01 NOFO says it should be single spaced.
   1. The application narrative for 23-444-80-0652-02 must be completed in 12-point font, double spaced.
