8.02: Provider List

Provider List Screen

The above screen appears after Provider Data is selected from the menu bar then Provider List is selected from the drop down lists.

This screen can be used to display a list of Provider records.  After the selection for processing has been entered, click on PROCESS.  The records will then be displayed on the screen.  Clicking on a selected record will give the option of changing an unsubmitted record or inquiring on a record.
