Agency Information
The above screen appears after Agency Plan is selected from the menu bar and Information is selected from the drop down list.
This screen is used to change or view your agency's basic information. Enter all pertinent information. To be able to transmit data electronically, your FTP Provider ID must be entered in the FTP Provider field.
NOTE: This FTP Provider ID will be always start with HSD and end with 00. NEVER change this to a personal User ID that ends with a number.
Click on PROCESS to save changes/updates to the screen.
The automatic update of software can be overridden by selecting Disable Automatic Software Update.
If the transaction is error free, the above text box will be displayed. Click on OK to accept change. If the transaction has an error(s), a message explaining the reason for the error condition will be displayed. Make the necessary correction, and then click on PROCESS again.
