Section 9: Reports
This screen displays the selection process for a series of reports that are available to the agency. The report may be viewed on screen or printed. Refer to Appendix F for sample report pages.
The following window appears after any of the requested reports have been created. It shows how many pages were generated for the selected report. (For example, "PAGES To Print = 2" means that the report is two pages long.) Enter the number of copies of the report to be printed. Click on PRINT to print the report or click on VIEW to view the report on the screen. The report data set names are listed with the option description.
