Service Reporting/Mental Health Billing

This screen displays the selection process for Daily Service Reporting/Mental Health billing.  After selecting Service / Bills from the Menu bar, select Contracted Services then Daily Reporting from the drop down lists.   The screens on the following pages will then be displayed.

NOTE:  Detailed descriptions of the service reporting/Mental Health billing information fields and corresponding codes can be found in Section 6.6
