English Language Acquisition
English Language Acquisition is for customers identified as non-English speaking individuals who need additional assistance in formal grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation of spoken and written English to help advance in their search and attainment of employment.
Component Participation
SNAP customers may be referred for testing, counseling, and educational resources at public community colleges, adult education centers, state, or local agencies, or to programs which sponsor such activities.
Case Management and Supportive Services
SNAP customers participating in English Language Acquisition will receive case management and supportive services.
