1. Roll call/Introductions
   1. Members Present: Stacey Aschemann, Mike Bibo, Katherine Hamann, Amie Lulinski, Andrea Medley, Scott Mendel, Beth Owens, Allison Stark, Pam Winsel
   2. Members Absent: Krescene Beck, Kathy Carmody, Larry Eaton, Vickie Kean, Donta Jones, Meg Lewis
2. Status of draft Rules
   • Rule 120 and 117 are currently with JCAR for pre-review. Rule 119 revisions will be completed within the next week or so and sent to the DHS Rules Bureau to start the Executive Review process. Rule 116 is being reviewed by a committee, led by DDD Bureau of Clinical Services. Once committee has given their input and DDD has drafted changes, Rule 116 will be reviewed by this Board also.
3. Draft Rule 115
   • From the February 2022 meeting, the Division allotted Board members additional time to review revised language and submit comments on Rule 115. The Division received additional comments mostly around: the Settings language, additional staff support, provider discharge, and restraints. The Division made some suggested changes but stands by the drafted Settings language, in hopes to bring the DDD Waiver services into compliance with Federal CMS Settings Rule by March 2023.
