Please note the following limitations within the Eligible Applicants section:
The applicant must have a current contract with Vibrant to operate a Lifeline Call Center (LLC) within the state of Illinois. Due to the Federal Funding requirements, only LCCs who currently have a contractual relationship with the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline operator, Vibrant Emotional Health (Vibrant), to operate in Illinois are eligible for this opportunity.
This funding is contingent upon the State of Illinois's successful receipt of funding from the United States Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
