DMH recently issued a Notice of Funding Opportunity for Program 850 Comprehensive Class Member Transition Program. We have made a minor change to the subgrantee restrictions originally included in the NOFO. We have reposted it as follows:
Program 850 Comprehensive Class Member Transition Program, NOFO #444-22-2211-01R. There will be a new application to submit, so if you previously submitted an application you will need to resubmit it using the new application. Applications can be found at http://www.dhs.state.il.us/page.aspx?item=143134.
The NOFO link can be found on the IDHS/DMH Webpage at http://www.dhs.state.il.us/page.aspx?item=140505. Applications and questions should be emailed to DHS.DMHGrantApp@illinois.gov using the correct Subject line listed in the NOFO.
The deadline to submit the required application materials for this revised Competitive (NOFO) program is April 21, 2022, 12:00 PM CST.

Please note the SFY23 ICQ is currently not available in the Illinois GATA Grantee Portal. It is expected that the SFY23 ICQ will be available mid-March 2022. Please check the Illinois GATA Grantee Portal regularly to complete this prior to the deadline listed above.
