PM 06-16-03-c: Licensed Day Care Home

WAG 06-16-03-c

The provider may not care for more than the number of children they are licensed to care for, including the provider's own children. No more than 8 children may be cared for without an assistant.

Licensing requirements do not apply to homes which provide child care to children from a single household.
