IL WIC Vendor Relations Unit host Quarterly Vendor Information Conference Calls on the second Tuesdays of February, May, August, and November (unless otherwise noted due to state holidays).
These calls are intended to be an opportunity for the Department to notify vendors of some program highlights and recent issues, as well as an opportunity for vendors to get answers to questions or concerns that you may have. While these calls are not mandatory, we recommend that at least one representative from each store participate in these calls.
If you have any questions or concerns that you would like us to address on the call, please complete the Help IL WIC Improve survey before the call. We will do our best to address your concerns. There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers at the end of the call.
If you are not able to join the call, the minutes from the call will be posted below within 7 days of the call. Previous quarterly call meetings are also available below for reference.
