WAG 06-12-06: Ending QMB

PM 06-12-06

1. To end QMB for a Medicaid/QMB case when medical or cash is continuing, use TA 31 and the appropriate TAR.
   1. To cancel a QMB Only case, use TA 22 and the appropriate TAR.
2. Send the client Form 157 that says QMB is ending.
3. Send Discrepancy Referral (Form 1925) to SSA/PCU.
