HCBS Settings Policy and Site Evidence Collection Tool Released
Today DDD is releasing the HCBS Settings Organizational Policy and Site Evidence Collect Tool and link to the HFS Portal where providers will be able to upload documents. The submission of policy and site evidence is the next step in the process of validating all provider controlled sites are in compliance with the HCBS settings rules.
DDD will also host a webinar on February 23 from 10-11:30 am to walk providers through the policy and evidence requests and the HFS portal. You can submit questions in advance of the webinar at DHS.HCBS@illinois.gov. Register for the webinar: https://illinois.webex.com/illinois/j.php?RGID=r2274c05f5b86a85599edc1e509f8ac25. We will record the webinar and post it on the Division of Developmental Disabilities HCBS Settings Rule Updates webpage.
Thank you to all those who have submitted their site Illinois HCBS Site Validation Surveys. The survey is due today, February 15, so if a survey has not yet been completed, please do so immediately for all provider-controlled or owned sites.
