Recovery & Empowerment Statewide Call - We heard you.
The Illinois Department of Human Services - Division of Mental Health is pleased to announce several exciting changes to the Recovery & Empowerment Statewide Call series. These changes are in response to feedback received from participants over the course of the past year and will take effect in the beginning of 2025.
The title for this series is being changed to Recovery & Well-Being Series. We'll be putting additional emphasis on the holistic aspects of well-being, including physical, mental, emotional, and social factors.
The theme for 2025 is "Bridges to Recovery."
We are increasing the number of training opportunities to a total of 6 for 2025.
The training will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on the 4th Wednesdays of the following months: January, February, March, September, October, November.
During the minutes prior to the start of the training, there will be engaging slides with soothing sounds. Please note there is a feature in Webex that will allow you to turn off the sound if you prefer silence before the official start of the training.
