- This manual release updates WAG 22-01-01-g with current availability dates for Illinois Link Card benefits.
- Availability dates for newly approved cases vary between the 1st and the 10th of the month and are based on the last digit of Head of Household's (HOH) individual identification number already established in IES.
- Regular roll availability dates can be found on the case search summary screen in IES.
- All converted Legacy cases will maintain their Legacy availability date (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th,7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 13th, 17th, 20th).
- Case actions performed after cut-off will be available the following month.
- Illinois Link Card benefits will continue to be available at 3:00 a.m. on all availability dates.

Regular Roll Benefit Availability Dates for Newly Approved IES Cases
Availability dates for newly approved cases vary between the 1st and the 10th of the month based on the last digit of Head of Household's (HOH) individual identification number already established in IES. Regular roll availability dates can be found on the case search summary screen in IES.

Example: Mrs. N is the Head of Household. She was just approved for SNAP in IES. Mrs. N's IES individual identification number ends with a 9 (xxxxxxxxx9). Mrs. N's monthly regular roll availability date is the 9th of each month.
Regular Roll Benefit Availability Dates for Converted Legacy Cases
All converted Legacy cases will maintain their Legacy availability date (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 13th, 17th, 20th).
Cut-Off
Case actions performed after cut-off will be available the following month.

Example: Mr. Z's case was updated on 02/18/2021 for a decrease in his shelter cost and cut-off was 02/17/2021. Mr. Z's new SNAP amount will be available March 2021.
Illinois Link Card Benefits Availability
Illinois Link Card benefits will continue to be available at 3:00 a.m. on all availability dates.
