WAG 06-03-02-a: Contracting Agencies Who Provide Emergency Shelter

The Department has a written agreement with the Salvation Army Emergency Lodge in Chicago to provide Emergency Shelter to persons receiving TANF.  The Salvation Army Lodge provides temporary lodging, meals, and counseling services to homeless clients in emergency situations who are unable to pay for private housing. They have other funding to cover services for clients who do not receive TANF.
