PM 06-03-01-a: Eligible Persons

WAG 06-03-01-a

A person must meet all financial and non-financial factors of eligibility for the TANF program to be eligible for Crisis Assistance.

Authorize the applicant for presumptive eligibility (PE) if nonfinancial verifications are unavailable due to a crisis situation (See PM 17-02-01-b).

Provide Crisis Assistance to:

• An eligible person who receives or is approved for TANF or PE.
• a pregnant woman (and her spouse, if living with her) who receives or is approved for TANF.
