An eligible person qualifies for RRP Cash for 8 months after their date of entry into the U.S., except for a person granted asylum or a trafficking victim. An asylee is eligible for 8 months from the date asylum was granted. A trafficking victim is eligible for 8 months from the date they are first identified by ORR.
