Always determine eligibility for TANF and AABD before determining eligibility for RRP.

Process the application in the usual manner (see WAG Chapter 17). Make a decision on the application as soon as all information is available. If eligible, approve RRP Cash starting with the date of application. Use the special procedures for RRP (see WAG 06-01-05).
